Program Advertisements

ACT’s program is a special keepsake for the performance compiling play, cast & crew information and ads from our family members and community businesses.

Each cast member family is asked to secure a minimum of two (2) ads. Ideally, one should be a business ad and one either for personal or business.

Pricing:

1/8 page (3.75”w x 2.5”h) - $20

1/4 page (3.75”w x 5”h) - $35

1/2 page (7.5”w x 5”h or 3.75”w x 10”h) - $70

Full page (7.75”w x 10”h) - $135

Inside Back Cover / Inside Front Cover Full page (7.75”w x 10”h) - $135 (check with producers for availability)

Back Cover (full page ad) - $170

Steps:

1. Submit the online ad form

2. Submit the payment via Venmo @actlhumc (or you can submit checks at rehearsal to the chaperone)

3. Submit your artwork (requirements below) to info@actlhumc.com

Keep in mind that businesses like to advertise with someone they know and actually do business with on a regular basis… Your dentist, florist, vet, accountant, etc. Reach out to those that you already know!

AD GUIDELINES

a. Please submit only your COMPLETE AD. Please do not send individual photos, fonts,

logos, or ad copy text.

b. Please ensure your ad is sized correctly, based on AD SIZE SPECIFICATIONS below.

c. Please submit only in JPG format, 300 dpi or above, or in high-resolution PDF format.

Lower resolution files will not reproduce well and may look blurry or blocky. If the

quality is too poor, your ad may be returned to you.

d. Please do not use a typeface size in your ad smaller than 9-point, as it may be difficult to

read when reproduced.

e. Please do not send work files from your design or desktop publishing program, such as

Microsoft Publisher (.pub file). We will not be able to open these files.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

a. Please take or scan photos in the highest resolution possible, 300 ppi (pixels per inch)

minimum.

b. Be sure to send the largest file size possible when prompted by your phone.

SIZE SPECIFICATIONS

a. 1/8 page is 3.75” width by 2.5” height (business card size)

b. 1/4 page is 3.75” width by 5” height (portrait layout only)

c. 1/2 page is 7.5” width by 5” height (landscape layout)

OR 3.75” width by 10” height (tall and skinny)

d. Full page is 7.75” width by 10” height
