2023 - cinderella
Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella concerns a young woman forced into a life of servitude by her cruel stepmother. She dreams of a better life, and with the help of her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella is transformed into an elegant young lady and is able to attend the ball to meet her Prince. In this version, however, she opens the Prince's eyes to the injustice in his kingdom.
2022 - the music man
By turns wicked, funny, warm, romantic and touching, The Music Man is family entertainment at its best. The Music Man follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band that he vows to organize – this, despite the fact that he doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain's fall.
2021 - ACT Radio hour
In our pandemic year, ACT continued on with masks & many safety protocols in place. ACT Radio Hour featured “Father Knows Best”, “Archie Comics”, “Sorry, Wrong Number” and “The Hitchhiker” Radio shows filled with comedy, mystery and intrigue. Dances and period commericals from the era allowed all ACTors and crew to participate and be featured online and with limited in-person seating. It was definitely a year to remember and the vignettes and entire show was a spectacular display of creativity and resilience!

2019 - BYE BYE BIRDIE
Bye Bye Birdie is set in 1958 and inspired by the phenomenon of popular singer Elvis Presley and his draft notice into the Army in 1957. The rock star character's name, "Conrad Birdie,” is wordplay on the name of Conway Twitty, who is best remembered today for his long career as a country music star. But, in the late 1950s, he was one of Presley's rock 'n' roll rivals. The show’s original 1960–1961 Broadway production was a Tony Award–winning success, and helped to start the career of a young Dick Van Dyke. It spawned a London production and several major revivals, a sequel, a 1963 film, and a 1995 television production. (Credit: Tams-Witmark)
2018 - BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
Based on the smash hit 1991 Disney movie and dating back to a late 18th-century classic French fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, a beautiful and intelligent young woman who feels out of place in her provincial French village. When her father is imprisoned in a mysterious castle, Belle’s attempt to rescue him leads to her capture by the Beast, a grisly and fearsome monster, who was long ago trapped in his gruesome form by an enchantress. The only way for the Beast to become human once again is if he learns to love and be loved in return. There is a time limit, too: once a magical rose loses all of its petals, all hope will be lost and he will stay a Beast forever. (Credit: MTI)
2017 - FIDDLER ON THE ROOF
Set in the little village of Anatevka, the story centers on Tevye, a poor milkman, and his five daughters. With the help of a colorful and tight-knit Jewish community, Tevye tries to protect his daughters and instill them with traditional values in the face of changing social mores and the growing anti-Semitism of Czarist Russia. Rich in historical and ethnic detail, Fiddler on the Roof's universal theme of tradition cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion, leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy and sadness.
